Update on Quintana v Williams II and Forrest v Mora

man Fitz, you scared me there for a minute. I just got back home and read this. I was like how the hell did I not know this fight was on tonight.

screw it ... who do you guys have in the fight then?

I'm taking Forrest and Quintana ... I don't know how Williams will bounce back from his first loss and he looked pretty lethargic during their first meeting. I'm sure that Williams has good intentions with wanting an immediate rematch, but Quintana will be ready and won't need to make any adjustments. Williams isn't a fighter that brings anything more than a height, reach, and a high workrate ... if you can out work him, you can beat him.
He's also shown the tendancy to cut -

I'm not sure what to think about Mora, besides that he's a bum and doesn't deserve a title shot ... he hasn't beat any top 10 ranked opponents and he hasn't fought for a regional belt - and he drew against a guy that wasn't supposed to beat him. He got exposed during his fight against Ayala and proved that he was a chump passing up on a career high payday and a title shot against Jermain Taylor - after talking all this shit about him, he never stepped up to the plate.
