British welterweight champion Kevin McIntyre's scheduled defence against Kell Brook is off.
No official reason has yet been given. It is believed that the bill, set for York Hall on Saturday June 14th, will no longer take place.
More news is expected to filter through later this week.
The contest was highly anticipated in British boxing circles - Paisley's McIntyre was set to make the second defence of the title he won from fellow Scot Kevin Anderson whilst Brook, unbeaten in 16, was to get his first real test.
