At my proper weight (225) about 40 most likely.

Even overweight I can do a few.

40 strict, wide grip pullups straight, at a weight of 225lbs? I can't see it for some reason.

Actually, wider than what was shown there.

That guy used the sissy version.

Ummm it depends if I do it without weights I usually do about 4-5 sets of around 20-25. If I put a 50 pound dumbbell between my legs I can do about 2-3 sets of 8-12.

Like 10, but I never did that workout until a couple of weeks ago, I've been just lifting weights.

Even overweight I can do a few. Your obviously just joking around, I been around athletes all my life, and not one of them hit 40 strict form pullups in a row, not even guys that weighed 120 something pounds. In my prime I was able to knockdown 27 chinups, but pullups are harder, so probably only 15 or that.

Anyone that says they could knockdown more than 30 are either lying or are very light, as well as extremely strong. If your over 200 pounds and could do more than 30, your back strength must be on an amazing level.

At best I could do 24 in a row, I did about 15x3 at that time.

Right now I could probably only squeeze in 15, but I am getting back to the gym next week after a long break, and this time I am back more motivated than I ever was :fire

Lord Jazzo, 225lbs 40 wide grip pull ups......... ok superman:lol:

Damn. Your post motivated me to strap on the 35lb Kettlebell and work up to that number if possible.:bbb I wish you luck, it's certainly something to reach for, as well as an amazing accomplishment. Judging by your posts and pics over the last year, you seem to be very physically fit, certainly more than me.:good

I can do 10 correctly, at my best; no more. I weigh 175 lbs.

About every month i do 12x3 of them. In only one session, perhaps i could do 16 or so but no more. If i trained it more regularly a bit more too perhaps, but 40 sounds like a ton Jazzo. Are you sure you didn't lose count?

I take it you're not religious. If you are, you'll burn in Hell for eternity. Actually, you will too if you're not religious.

Three.

Thank god someone else is willing to admit it. I've always sucked balls at pull-ups and have pretty much avoided the exercise. I've recently decided that I can't just ignore them; I can only do about three. And I've had to do a lot of negatives just to get that. I have an end-summer goal of a dozen, so we'll see.

I've never understood the point of lying to people you'll never meet. If someone at work had asked me I'd have given Jazzo's answer but I don't give a fuck about you cunts. I'm weak as fuck.
