I've had re-occurring shin splints over the past couple of years, originating from me jumping rope on the concrete floor in my garage. For a while now I've just used a couple of layers of cardboard to jump on to soften the blow but now I want to purchase an actual jump rope mat to help prevent much worsening of my shin splints. Does anyone know a good mat to buy, or a place to order one?
