Has any one heard when Heath Ellis steps back into the ring. I heard he received a broken jaw in his last fight and is recovering well. I still think Lance would be a huge step up for Heath at this stage.

Lance Gostellow would convincingly beat Ellis IMO. I've heard there's a possibility that he's fighting Chris McCullen for the Aussie 140lbs title.

I agree Ced. It would be a great fight. I give a lot of respect to McCullen. He is keen on improving himself and fighting the best in Oz.

Dont really rate Heath that much. But he is young and obviously has some ability so he may improve.
Chris McCullen is a pretty good little fighter. Great skills but I dont think he has the power to really go well in the pros, I think he has hand problems aswell.
Id expect he would know to much for Heath.

I would predict Chris McCullen to beat Heath Ellis.
Ellis has power, but needs to seriously improve his defense & boxing skills in my eyes.

Mate it depends on what you define really well in the pros as. Personally, I think being Australian champion in your division is doing really well.
