Im new here, so i thought id introduce myself.

My name is Wes, and im from Ontario, Canada. I dont box (although im a huge fan), but i used to work out and run regularly until the last year and a half or so when i got lazy, fat and unhealthy.

So now im working hard (lifting weights/running/biking) to get back into shape, and thinking about joining a boxing gym in the near future (even though im old :razz:).

Sault Ste Marie here. Not sure how close that is to St. Catherines, but will fighting there in Oct. going for gold at provincials. Come out if you're close and still around and say hello and watch some boxing. :)
