You can start by looking at were your right hand goes when you jab! It is pulled back near your ear.As a drill Try jabbing and still being able to see the thumb of your right hand.

You Might Try Hanging Your Bag 6 Inches Higher,i Noticed None Of Your Punches Were Much Higher Than Your Chest,i Try To Throw My Headshots (at Least) As High As My Face, sometimes Higher,in My Weightclass I Often Fought Taller Lankier Opp.also Your Jabbing Hand Is Held A Little Low,leaving Openings For The Jarring Straight Rights.throw Some Bodyshots To Make Openings For The Head, ive Always Believed For Bodyshots When Close Palms Up When At Jabbing Range Palms Down.circle Your Bag More And Never Back Straight Up Move To The Side And Back, other Than These Things You Have Fast Hands And Your Chin Is Somewhat Tucked, you Might Try Hunching Your Left Shoulder Higher And Tucking Yer Chin Into It Somewhat Protecting It.i Try To Pretend My Bag Is My Opp. So Everything I Routinly Do Has Became Instinct, tell Me If This Stuff Made Any Since Your Looking Like Your On The Right Track Dont Forget To Breath And Stay A Little Loose And Not Real Tense-good Luck
It looks like your feet are closing together when stepping in and out.

good speed
you seem to be able to hold your stance fairly well(something I have problems with)
not so good: you hold your jab hand too low and you dont have very good power

since when does playing the guitar make sombody a goth? and i asked for critique you fucking twat. telling somebody to quit isn't the most helpful suggestion on the planet, so next time you feel the need to make an arrogant, stereotypical post like this, the least you could do is read the origional post.

I always find fighters look faster on youtube video's than they really are, must be something to do with the frame rate or something else techincal like that. I have watched fights on youtube then watched the same fight downloaded at a higher quality and the speed of the punches look completely different.

Bro first off you need to slow the fuck down. Concentrate on ur form and not how fast u can through sloppy combos. Secondly, try and stay on the balls of ur feet. Ur footwork is pretty sloppy (could be cause you down't have much room to work). Thirdly, after u throw ur jab, ur left hand goes straight to ur midsection. This is an extremely bad habit. Practice throwing the jab and having ur fist come straight back to ur jaw line, while concentrating on snapping the jab back as fast as you can. This is the correct way to throw the jab and adds a bit off spank to it. Ur bobbing and weaving was lazy as fuck. Concentrate on bending at the knees and rolling ur head under a punch, not twisting at the hips to look like u r weaving. And hands at chest level while doing it, thats just sloppy. You also need to gain a sense of distance m8. A lot of ur punches look pretty ineffective because ur too damn close to the bag. Also your chin is way high bro. Maybe tuck a tennis ball between ur chin and chest till u get into the habit of keeping ur chin tucked.
Now have you been training solely on that bag in ur bag yard for 1.5 years or do you go to the gym. If so that is not training m8. The best piece of advice I can give you is get to a gym and have a real trainer walk you through the basics and then build on that. Bottom line u need one on one time with a proffesional trainer. :good

Great speed mate. But you need to have the technique correct before you start firing off those rapid combinations otherwise they don't have much kick to them. So slow it down for a bit and work on the correct technique. Once you've got the technique down then you can speed up the combos.
As the other guys mentioned, your right hand goes up and out when you jab. It needs to protect your chin otherwise you'll get out jabbed.
Your punches need to go straight out and straight back from you chin, not chopping down or from the chest. That isn't a proper right hand you're throwing. You need to turn at the hips, pushing off with your back foot (and drag it slightly)
Your distance is all wrong and you're throwing the wrong punches at the wrong time. Slow it down and hit the bag at the end of your punches. Hook when you're inside, jab when you're outside.
You've got to pivot your feet when thowing hooks. In that clip you're throwing arm punches, not from the hip.
Your feet come together and your stance is too square on. You skip back on the way out which props your head up; back foot needs to move back first.
You're way too straight up. You need to sit on your punches - bend your knees, this is where the power comes from.
You need to turn your hands over when you're punching, your thumb should't be pointing up at the roof when you land. You get power from turning the hand right over so its horizontal to the ground.
Your elbows need to be tight into you're body, not flapping around. Otherwise you'll get tagged with body shots.
You need to keep your hands up and punch straighter, more hips in all punches. You need to keep your chin down and protect it with your left shoulder.

No head movement, Standing to straight up, hands kept to low, right hand is raised when you jabbed would be easily countered with left hook

Man your not doing anything right. You would be koed right away. Your chin is wide open.
If thats your speed then your very fast but you have no plan and really no concept of what to do except let your hands go as fast as you can. If you want some real advice quit messing around trying to teach yourself and walk into a gym and get taught properly and then you'll have the confidence and skills to really hit the bag with a purpose. Good Luck

had any luck trying to improve mate? i cant tell you much more than what everyone has also said, alot of intensity, but a bit wasted i think, i would say if your video was any longer than 30 seconds we wouldve seen you puffed out like a dog on heat, no offence. Definately practice you distance and balance, i had a big problem with both and falling into my right crosses so i got a peice of string and got a footy sock and tied it in a knot to the peice of string and just jabbed it up and rights untill i didnt fall in so much. with your left rip to the body i saw you wound it up a bit if you know what i mean, the rip should just be a bend at your elbow down and then you twist your hips to generate power and use your legs instead of your arms. apart from that mate you doin okay, keep at it.

Its true, a lower frame rate always makes things look faster, because the motions tend to 'jump'.
I always find fighters look faster on youtube video's than they really are, must be something to do with the frame rate or something else techincal like that. I have watched fights on youtube then watched the same fight downloaded at a higher quality and the speed of the punches look completely different.
