When I lift weights I find that I am better off when i lift when i am bored and doing nothing. Such as when i am home i will just pick up weights and start to do bicep curls, bench presses, military presses, neck shrugs and things of that nature (not just the four listed).

I dont go by any routine. All i do is count sets and reps. I just dont have any daily routine to go by.

I find that I see more results and progress that way rather then when i try and go by a routine.

is anybody else like this? :think

Virus and Relentless: Isolation exercises are bad dont ever do them and running does nothing also.

Standard resonses.

I've never said either.

You'll benefit much more from compound exercises. Nothing wrong with isolation if that's what you're going for, but sheer strength gains made by compound lifts are undeniable.
