I'm 5ft6 and 10 and a half stone.
Not fat, just need to tone up first then add muscle, strength, stamina etc
What weight should I aim for when training 3 times a week?
Everyone is different. Just train hard, eat healthy and see where you end up.

also depends on your body type, and where you gain weight when you gain
I am having to gain 12 lbs for my august fight and am beefing up on the proteins/milk and fat
whatever you do dont try to fight at too low of a wieght class
part of why hopkins was able to fight to the age he did is his fighting weight wasnt too far from his walking around weight

I hate that word "tone" up. What the fuck is toning up? How do you "tone" a muscle or muscles? Stupid fucking term that shrouded in ignorance. Rant over.
Just box at whatever weight you function best at and feel comfortable with. Get to KNOW your body and HOW it responds. Then you two can be 240lbs with a 13% bf at 6ft 1 like me! Im a genetic FREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!!
