Hopefully this doesnt sound too stupid or that i have no idea...i have had 3 amatuer fights at junior lightweight and have 3-0 record .
I do have some technique problems which i am trying to work on and simply have been able to win by my superior fitness ...my main concerns are .
1/ I have found that I have trouble with my footwork and i have become too concious of it and its affecting my sparring / fights .
I dont think my positioning is right and also my feet constantly comes of the ground when i throw a left hand coming of my jab ( southpaw) .
I dont think i distribute the weight on my feet correctly ( such as perhaps being too much on the balls of my feet or too much on the toes)
Anyone suggest an exercise i can do to fix or can fix the problem ...( i fight in the basic stance)
Maybe an exercise to improve my footwork ..sliding , in and out , etc ...
2/ Also I struggle to double my jab ...especially when tired which common sense tell us why however my double jab is more like 1 1/2 jabs because its half come back and then its going out again . What is a good exercise ...or perhaps it is my technique .
