I think bundini brown and ali's first coach (the policeman) had a lot more to do with his training than is documented. I mean his first coach helped him lay the foundation and bundini helped him with day to day training camp stuff, like peaking him on time.

I have a friend named Brandon Harper. Started out at our gym a lil clumsy and not all that hard a hitter. He disappeared for like 6 to 9 months - he hit the heavybag on his own in that time; when he came back he had this bone-crushing power. Nobody really had any explanation for it other than the finer details of punching finally sinking in during his hiatus. This is another reason I'm not sure punchers are born.
