Shouldnt whiny have been given a KD?

Dont you have to defend yourself at all times? this was several seconds after the headbutt and :| was not defending himself. Too busy complaining an whining. Is :| supposed to get time to recover and/or whine + complain in a situation like this??? :think

Im just surprised no one has mentioned it. I thought it clearly by rule should have been scored a KD. :| wasnt hurt but rules are rules. KD's are ruled for far less than this.
