I like that movie. If you read the script it's just a standard action movie but for some reason i really like this movie. Loved the scenes where they were pressuring the general to launch. "Oh they'll call, they'll call if we fire on our rockets up their ass................... sir".

Indeed. It fulfils every cliche of the genre, but when you have lines like the one you've mentioned and my favourite:

SEAN CONNERY: You ready?

NIC CAGE: I'll do my best.

SEAN CONNERY: (Incredulous) Your best? Losers whine about their best. Winners go home and f*ck the prom queen.



It's obviously going to be a cut above.

I once used that Connery line at one of those terrible motivational conference things. It didn't go down great.

Connery's jab was better than Cage's, but not as consistent as Sonny's.

That joke was great. It stuck out to me too.

I like it because the man is British. He is a badarse agent for us.
