Fish oil is an awesome anti-inflammatory. Look at glucosamine too, i use GLC 2000 & get it from bodybuilding.com but i dont know how the costs will be in the UK...

My doctor recomended I take Glucosamine/Condriten. But she said if it gets worse there are prescription drugs.

Yeah If It Gets Real Bad, Stop Running Ande Skipping Altogether. I Did My Knee A Few Years Ago, And Found The Bicycle To Be The Best Cardio Workout For Me Because It Didn't Put Weight On The Joints. A Good Stationary Bike Is Most Convenient. That And Glucosamine And Fish Oil As Well.

Other Than That: Welcome To Old Age! Haha

Flax and fish oil. MSM works well... Glucosamine takes a while to start working.
