O'Haire is scheduled to fight Mark Kerr ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) on August 17 ([Only registered and activated users can see links]), 2007 ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) at the Mohegan Sun Arena ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) for the Global Fighting Championships promotion.
Number 1) Why is Mark still doing this?
Number 2) Sean O`Haire is nothing more than a roided meat head.He never cut it as a wrestler.Got his ass handed to him by butterbean on a plate.Got his ass handed to him in a street brawl that he iniated (suffered facial orbital skull fractures aswell as possibly loosing some of his vision in his left eye) and is certainly very very far from being a martial artist of any sort.
Does anyone here have a copy of Marks bout from Vale Tudo when his opponent crawled out of the ring?

Found this on Wikpedia:
On April 6, 2007, O'Haire suffered serious injuries in a fight that took place outside a bar in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. O'Haire suffered a fractured orbital bone (in three places) as well as other fractures to his face and skull. Vision in his left eye is impaired, possibly permanently, and he may require extensive plastic surgery. Conflicting versions of the incident were reported with O'Haire claiming he was coming to the aid of a friend, but other witnesses saying O'Haire tried to start a fight with his alleged assailant, Juan Brantley. Previously, on March 17, Brantley had filed a complaint with the sheriff's office stating that O'Haire had attempted to start a fight with him at another bar.[1]
Sean O'Haire is the worst fighter I have ever seen in my entire life. The guy's at least 6'6" and about 260, and he's horrible. I wish I was that big. That type of power is wasted on him.

I don't have the tournament, but here is Part 1 of Smashing Machine that has clips of Kerr crushing people in his first tournament:
(first clips about 8 minutes in)

Kerr will finally win a fight good for him but not good that O'Haire is one of the worst out there literally.

Dear God, Kerr better win this.
I mean, I thought Whitehead and Al Turk would be total locks, but comeon, he has to beat this guy, he just has to.

There's no possible way Kerr loses this. If he does, I'm going back to boxing permanently and never watching MMA again. I'm not a Kerr fan, at all. But Sean O'Haire is the worst fighter I've ever seen...and I've watched a lot of fighting.

To be honest i never saw what the big deal was with Kerr.He was just a wrestler who couldnt make money from it so he turned to no holds barred. His background is shady and his an extremely violent and confused man. I doubt he has enough left in him to beat Sean as lately his routinely getting his ass handed to him and only fights because thats all he knows how to do.

Kerr had mental issues due to his addiction to painkillers, in reality though, he was a pretty soft spoken and really laid back individual, he only got very violent in the ring.
He wasn't a bad guy, you can't not like him after watching Smashing Machine.

He seems like an amiable guy but his too violent for my liking. Fish hooking biting gouging hair pulling vale tudo in my opinion IS NOT martial arts. Kerr could have done alot better than that rather than abusing his body with drugs.

Mark has certainly had his problems, but he is not a mean or dislikeable guy. He's an extremely intelligent and well spoken individual, and all his friends and family here in Toledo have nothing but wonderful things to say about him as a person. He made some mistakes, but he's only human. He does not fight becase that's all he knows how to do, right now he is running a real estate business and is an investor. He's fighting because he feels he has something to prove.
