Mikkel Kessler starts off his intensive trainingcamp from his new "luxury" flat in Monaco. Among other trainingmethods he shows how he is working on his hooks versus calzaghe by cleaning the flat.

OK - when stepping over the vacuum-cleaner he was also in perfect balance, nice footwork as always.

He used spending a lot of time in Spain prior to fight, as the warm weather conditions normally is good for his fragile back.

i would have thought they'd show kessler doing some light gym work or running on the beach. i wonder if it's like del la hoya tactic to get the women demographic in to watch. i would imagine women would faint when they see their danish hero doing the housework! :rofl

this fight is gonna be HUGE! im just sad one of my two favs will end up losing. tho i would prefer a loser to a draw. i hate draws :-(

also, i remember kessler having a bad back in the mundine fight... is his back problem a chronic thing? i hope not!

He's been catious about his bad back since the Mundine fight, and with extra the attention so far he hadn't had any problems.

Kessler has always been a modest and easygoing person. He could try and use the media to build a tough-guy-image, but here he is giving a tour and cleaning up his rented apartment, smiling and joking.

Good quick movements with the vacum-cleaner though. Almost jabbing..

Yup. Kesslers mum Ann-Patricia was born in Salisbury, England and moved to Denmark before she gave birth to Mikkel.

Kessler has a brother in England, Mark Coleman. He lives in Lincolnshire.

So you could say, that he is half Dane half English eventhough he was born and raised in Denmark.
