just trying to cut fat ya know?...eating lots of chicken .. drinking loads of water...no bullshit fast food or bullshit snacks... loads of boiled eggs.. toast ..

its a bitch but at this rate i'll cut my weight down 20 pounds in a couple of monthes

LOL. He sure will lose a lot of weight...When he falls over dead with a heat stroke. Everybody will talking about how he's never looked so good when there viewing his casket.
Anyways, your doing fine. Just keep it up. Maybe increase the walk after a week or two, and eventually get to where you start running. Don't overdo it. I'm not sure what your weather is like there, but if it's a super hot day, and you overdo it, it could be very dangerous.

You will only lose fluid with all the clothes on and put the water back on a lil later like a boxer after a weigh in,

Why not just run? No need for all the layers.

..........I'll say this; I'd rather run ten miles than walk them. Walking fucks up my back.

I give ya credit; walking distances isn't as easy as some make it out to be.

I walk everywhere since I'm too cheap to get a car, my back is fucked anyway but walking doesn't affect my back unless I'm carrying a bag.

How does walking fuck up your back?

..........Dunno; it just tightens up. Not when running, I'm fine then, but my lower back seizes up when I have to walk or stand for long periods.

It's called being in your forties. :yep

The best things to cut fat are HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) [Only registered and activated users can see links]
and Hill Sprinting

also you got to cut sugar and fat, eat foods like tuna (and all kind of fish-seafood), chicken, lot of veggies, fruits. No pasta, no bread, no potatoes.. avoid cream in your coffee, replace it by milk, you know all these little things... avoid sauce made with cream, fat salad dressing. Drink only water and green tea..

He weighs in at 250 pounds, I doubt he can do much sprinting. Hill walks are fine for now IMO, coupled with a calorie deficit.

He's got to work his way up to that. Walking is what he needs right now.

The head ache suggests you were dehydrated. Don't layer up on clothes, all it does is fuck up your heat regulation and make you dehydrate faster, which in turn will hamper your weight loss efforts.

i've taken all things into consideration and as of today it's been 8 walking days ... everything is going smooth..weight is comming off ..shit is fitting better .. 8 more days from now i'll have even better results .. after it was talked over last week i started doing 2 rounds a day ... so 2 miles... next week i'll move up to 3 miles ... go on that for a week or two then keep going up till i peak at about 6-7 miles a day ..

i wanna have some before and after pictures by the middle of august .. by then i should have droped between 10-20 pounds maybe more .. still haven't touched any pop.. no fast food period .. everything is running on time ..

by early sept i wanna be running instead of walking...but as some have said ..you gotta start out somewhere...can't dive right in at the shape i'm in or else i'll end up worst then before ...

thanks alot for all the support and help folks ..

Good job. Keep it up.

Keep in mind that your body will drop quite a bit of weight in the beginning and then level off to a slower (healthier) rate of weight loss. 1-2 pounds a week is normal, so don't get discouraged.

thanks alot for all the support and help folks ..good stuff man. keep up the walking until you are sure youve reached a weight that your body can handle the running. i might sound like a dick but at your height and weight running would be very hard on your joints and stuff. that being said, soon enough the running will be fine. make sure you keep it up!

so i definitly didn't wanna take the run rout this early in the system

but he can use elliptical and rowing machines as substitutes to running, will be alot easier on the joints.
