Btw. The recovery of the fujita punch is incredible. The punch is huge. Absolutely huge. Fujita iron-fists is known as being very hard punching and he draws this punch from way behind his own body and slams it right into Fedor's chin while Fedor is moving forward.
One can hardly imagine a harder impact. And what happens? Fedor is so collected even when his legs are almost cut off from his brain's control. Think about all the boxers that are put stopped and start chicken dancing and falling all over the place or are out cold.. for lesser punches with thick gloves. Impressive.

Vs Arona all it showed that he was in a fight and not a domination. There was no weakness showed there only "not dominance" at the time.
Herring was much more experienced at the time and was supposed to dominate Fedor. Happened the other way around.
Fujita punch showed that he can take a last hope haymaker to the temple and recover. He recovered right away too.
If you think he was getting beat in Hunt fight. No comment. Side mount was abtained only due to Fedor not finishing the armbar(he later said he didn't want to break his arm). Then he was not as merciful on kimura. Besides Hunt has no ground game and Fedor knew that, that's why he was so relaxed even being put into submissions which were not excecuted correctly at all.
