manny pacqaiou was on the rise with his wins over jorge julio and lehlo lebwa but johnny tapia was cleaning out the super fly weight division with wins over romero, agosto, bohol and blanco.

i think johhny could be pac at super fly due to his experience and quickness with his great jab.

however at bantam, pac may simply outwork johhny.
