Good win, however i think this confrims bj penn is on the next level to any other lw fighter.

Kind of sucks that Alvarez didn't get to fight for it, and that Hansen only had to fight Gill to advance, but the Alvarez vs Kawajiri fight was great, all of the fights were pretty good, and its nice to see Hansen get his revenge.

Wow big diffrence to there first fight. Hansen got owned with a gogoplata.Looked like the same was going to happen again in this fight. Problem is Shinya is a pure grappler and that is all. Hansens nice though he has some vicious knee`s. Hansen vs Penn would certainly be an entertaining scrap.

Its always disappointing when someone is forced out a tournament especially when you consider how well Alvarez was doing. But credit to Hansen, he came in and did a good job. Hopefully Hansen and Alvarez will fight on the NYE show or something. The Alvarez vs Kawijiri fight was quality and definitely a candidate for FOTY. Also disappointed that Mark Hunt lost. He seriously needs to lose some weight. Overall, it was another good show by Dream.
