I like Cote too. Thts why i hope Silva doesn't kill him in the ring. Hopefully Anderson will KO him early in the piece and reduce the damage. Cote's not in the same league as Silva.

Franklin was able to land on Silva a couple of punch in his second bout vs Silva..
I mean, Franklin throw a lot of punch with his elbow out sometime, that's not very good punch technique..Cote throw good straight punch, if Franklin can land on Silva, Cote can and he do have better power than Franklin due to his better technique in my opinion..Cote just need to avoid the knee in the clinch, and not make stupid mistake like Irvin in throwing sloppy lazy kick, and Cote have a real chance to win this yes

not sure if Lindland could do it now as he's getting older and been inactive,but a few years ago he would have had a great shot.Strong,intense,physically powerful with a great ground game.Despite the size difference he fought more impressivly against Fedor than anyone else over the last four years.
i cant see anyone besting Silva in the middle division standing.its gonna take someone with a truly exeptional ground game like a Jacare.If Pallhares can get past Henderson,then he may have enough upside to eventually present a challenge.Arguably the most devastating puncher in the UFC p4p at the momement is Luis Cane.he gets a chance to showcase his skills in one of the upcoming ufc's against Soku and if he knocks him out in brutal fasion which i think he will then he's another one to keep an eye on.The great thing is the UFC has enough young talent who with more experience and seasoning could eventually dethrone Silvas dominence.

Georges St. Pierre have the best chance due to the fact he can compete in departement such as strenght and speed. St.Pierre has the wrestling to control him, he is training with Canada team and he is material to Olympic, he was invited to do so. Silva has a better standing easily, but St. Pierre is gonna erase that from the game of Silva with some great kicks just to put in place the takedown..everyone is able to put silva down, and GSP have the best explosion for take down i've ever seen, no one will stop his takedown, and St. Pierre have upgrated his sub defence a lot, he has been training in brazil a lot this year..The question is, can he do that all 5 rounds? He has the cardio for that, and St. Pierre chin is not weak, Serra caught him in the area of the ear which cause him a balance problem and he just didnt react well..Altought Silva is better standing, Penn isnt a shit either there, and that was pretty even the standing in the round one, it seemed that Penn had dominated just because St. Pierre face was a mess. St. Pierre standing is a lot better now.
My opinion is that GSP has the best chance to beat Silva
that would be a 60/40 fight in my opinion for Silva:bbb:bbb:bbb
