There's been nothing "squeaky" about this whole ordeal. It will only damage the UFC by keeping him.

Very interesting turn of events. Rampage im pretty sure would get some leniency on the grounds of irresponsibility or diminished reponsibility but that could still be a murder charge in the 2nd or 3rd degree. He`s looking at manslaughter in my opinion. That can carry a sentance of at least 10 years. Looks like Rampage is definitly not coming back.

I know this is totally different and off subject but was Rampage the coach on the series where that Jesse guy went on a mini "rampage" and kicked a car door? Wonder how Dana will be dealing with this if he thought a guy like Jesse could be bad news and a loose cannon, bad publicity.
Anyway, poor kid. Sad story.

I don't think you can consider a miscarriage anything like a murder or manslaughter they way you can for someone outside the womb. Legally, I mean. He's in for a huge CIVIL suit, but criminally I don't think anything extra will happen to him because of this.

Yes its completely possible to tie the miscarriage to the accident as it was due to a lack of fluid, and she had just been to the dr days before and was completely fine.
Yes it can be considered the same as killing a born child, see Scott Peterson.
Don't know how they will charge him.
Awful situation.

Sure you can, watch and see.
on a side note, Beebs do you play Call Of Duty 4 on PS3? I played against a beebs the other day.

You don't think a car accident can cause a miscarriage?

I've only played it once on ps3, and since it was on my friends PS3 I think it was his user name, there must be an imposter.
I suspect foul play.:think

If he was suffering from mental illness, he can plead insanity.

If he had been diagnosed when the police took him to the hospital for evaluation, not guilty by reason of insanity is a possible outcome. I thought he would get probation and a revoked license before, but avoiding jail will probably now require more than diminished responsibility.

She's also 38 and could just have likely been dried out due to her advanced old age.
Pregnancy that old is always risky. It's a stretch to say Rampage caused the miscarriage.

You are correct with her advanced age, but that just means the accident had a greater chance in causing the miscarriage.

Pregnancy that old is always risky. It's a stretch to say Rampage caused the miscarriage.I can see your point but the accident can could also have caused this mitigating circumstance. I guess its impossible to say without any shadow of a doubt that the accident did cause the miscarriage but thats up to there lawyers to prove. Any women over 30`s i believe are classified as old mothers.

Things don't look to bright for Rampage, something like this could hang over him for the rest of his life...and court and civil cases for years.
Doctors don't advice women to get pregnant after 36, not 30
