so i have lost around 60 pounds and only have a little more fat to lose.

but that is the hardest part. so after losing all that weight i am trying to get that six pack and get cut up of course.

now is when diet comes into play. before losing all of the weight you didnt have to be TO strict with your diet because it was mostly getting up and being active.

i know my workouts are okay but to get cut up i need help with a diet.

i dont have any diet plan or dont have any scheduale of anykind of what i eat. so i couldnt tell you what i eat in a day because it is always different at different times of the day.


so could i get some help with a diet plan that would help me get cut up?

then you should stock up on boneless skinless chicken breasts, bison, tuna man lots of tuna, vegetables and fruit and nuts make good on the go snacks. preparation is key. Even though you have a busy schedule you have to put in the time to prepare your meals in order for you to reap success which in your case is to be cut and get 6 pack. Lay off junkfood, sodas, pizza, burgers, white flour pasta, anything that tastes good that is common" is pretty much cut in a boxer's diet. Stick to the fundamental foods that will enable you to get better results.
