I remember Frank taking time in his interview after JC vs Kessler to mention that all the best fights were on Setanta.
He's right!

the good old days are back
all we need now is for Paul Dempsey to jump ship too
McCory and Darke to reingite so we can hear Glens intellgient input and Ian's silly stupid predictable cliches - but they make a good team

They changed that team some time ago to Darke and Watt. McCory seemed to get ditched to a lesser role.
Anyway Kahn or ******s current stable arent worth paying for sky sports imo.

The better not be a pay per view deal. I have been in support of not rushing Khan's progress but I wont be paying 15 quid to watch him fight.

Ian Dark is absolutley class, him and woodhall would be the best team.

Surprised Setanta let this happen, although when they've got Haye, Calzaghe, Pavlik, B-Hop, Manny Pac etc coming up on the schedule, losing out on Amir Khan vs a shot bantamweight and Enzo Mac's comeback trail probably seems acceptable.

if its on sky, its a bonus as i have it for the footy mostly, but if its on ppv theres no way im paying.

Maybe because Setanta is losing money. Having a Paciquao or Pavlik fight may stir our dozen or so interests on this forum, but it is not going to turn Sentanta's financial situation around.
I think Setanta will ditch boxing period in the next 18 months or so... If the station is still in business.;)

This is hilarious. You hardly hear Khan's name mentioned on sky for the last few years and now he's the 'most exciting talent in the world'.
Johnny Nelson, McCrory and co are rubbing their hands thinking 'we're back in work!"
I hope Setanta are not losing money on the boxing. What they are trying to offer is admirable.
