Yes
I think he would only be ring champ at wherever he decides to stay, but it doesn't matter anyways. He would be recognized as #1 P4P and that's all that would matter.
Yea he would be champ of both divisions. He can become 2 division champion at the same time which is pretty amazing during this era. Conversely if they fought at 140 and Floyd won then he would be champ in 2 different weight classes.

Being recognized as a REAL world champ is 100 times more important then being seen as some fictional P4P champ....:deal

Yes, you can be a two weight world champion with the ring. They ask a fighter to pick a weight division but a ring title can only be won or lost in the ring.

Exactly, that's why i'm so glad Hatton beat Tyzsu to become the real champ at 140 (something Floyd has never done) and when he beats Floyd at 147 (although I hope PBF has the balls to make it at 140) then he will be the real champ at 147.
