In all seriousness, when I was 15 I did the 100m in 12.28 on grass.

Hindsight tells me that had I trained for athletics instead of rugby during my schooldays I may have got under 11.00.

fast as fuck runner though. they tested his muscle buildup he has 75% fast twitch fibres. and of them 75% 22% are super fast twitch the highest ever recorded before they tested CJ was 2%
