lmfao, Hockey most definitely. Don't watch it but I heard they get it in like every game lol.

Yep, hockey is the obvious answer. But in truth I think all athletes would benefit from boxing training, because it is by common admission the sport which requires the most exertion and fitness.

Yeah so pretty much every sport that requires strength and a combination of aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

Anything where conditioning is required imo, Rugby League players for example use a bit of pad work to supplement their training.

Any sport. If you're fit enough for boxing, gods knows what you can do on the football pitch, tennis court, basketball court, etc with the proper skills.

The obvious answer being that the training should be specific to the sport. No good spending hours punching and preparing for 2 minute rounds if you're a footballer.

It's a ridiculous question and over simplistic
