If he does in brutal fashion where do you put him alltime or current? If he ud's him what then? What respect will he deserve for this win?

Theres more chance of you getting a wank from the pope or pork chops growing on the palm tree`s of tel aviv than Hatton beating PBF

lol, Zeta-Jones doesnt really do it for me, no ass! But hey to each their own. Anyway, no way Hatton wins by way of brutal KO, i give him a better chance than most but i dont think that he can.

I was really wanting to know where you would rank him current and all time if he did that though.

Well, if somehow he knocks Mayweather out, considering he was the first to knockout Castillo and his win against Kostya, I'll have to consider him number one pound for pound and top 30-40 on the all time list.
If he wins a close decision, I'll have him joint first on the pound for pound list with Bernard Hopkins, who (in my opinion at least) hasn't lost a fight in the last 14 years.

He's not going to beat him, this will be like Mayweather/Gatti Mayweather/Baldo so sick of these pathetic match ups. A true great would only be thinking of fighting these 3 names Mosley, Cotto or Williams. Hope he realizes a win over Hatton means nothing.

no way hatton beats floyd. lets say he were to win, it would most certainly not be in "brutal fashion". It would be my smothering and holding floyd and getting off a few shots, to a boring ud. If that happens I would just be really dissapointed.

People please just answer the questions. I'm not asking for if Hatton can win. There are other threads for that. I'm asking if he wins where will you rank him. Not how or how well or if. Thanks

hatton's the 140 ring champ and has a better resume than williams and cotto, how can a win over him mean nothing?

A lot of Floyd fans believe it means nothing because they don't think Hatton has a chance.

So what, he beats the current king and he jumps over guys who did that for years?

He'd be a lock top thirty of all-time for me, with the possibility to get into the top 20 if he beats either Cotto, Mosley or De La Hoya.

This would seem about right. A win for Hatton would be a similar accomplishment as Duran beating SRL, a little lower perhaps, since Duran was a lightweight and Hatton a jr welter but it wouldn't be far off.

PBF clearly hurt DLH a couple of times in their fight.
Is 147 PBFs best weight?
Has PBF got a good chin?
Is PBF as strong as Collazo at 147?
What weight will Ricky fight at? 143?
How does Ricky hurt Floyd?
Just some of the questions I've been asking myself!! I still think Ricky can win tho..he has something in his arsenal which really scares PBF

Hatton cannot possibly win this fight. I can see many ways of PBF beating him and believe me it will not be pretty.

Full credit to the lad for reahing his optimum but now he is going in over his head. No need to answer the question because it will not happy. Where would PBF rank after he humiliates Hatton nin what has been an exemplary career in the ring.

In reality Hatton is a live under dog. He is very real and has the ability to win this fight.

I think guys like you think Hatton has a real chance and no doubt some money will go on him but after the fight the bookies will be smiling again. Hatton is good but the other guy is much better period.
