I'm moving out in a couple of weeks and will have to start cooking for myself.
I won't have access to a George Foreman type grill so what would you guys reccommend is the best, healthiest way to cook chicken?

u can put it on a grill, u can put it in the oven, u can put it in a pan on top of the stove. honestly, u can even cook it in the microwave. this lady at my job does it all the time. i wouldn't reccommend the microwave one though.

If you can't grill it, bake it...Toss some lemon pepper or soy/teriyaki sauce on it if you can;t eat it plain.

Eat it raw. In the garden. Then run out on the neighbours kids. Knock-a-door-run problem solved immediately.

I've recently been having chicken in a pasta bake dish, really easy to make.
My missus made me some chicken wraps using mayo, lemon juice, lettuce, cucumber and pepper, it was amazing!!!
Cut up chicken breast - rolled it in a bowl with pepper.
Fry it then let it cool.
For the sauce-
A dollop of mayo. squeeze the juice out of a lemon and mix.
Chop up cucumber and throw it all in a wrap!!

Apperently boiling Chicken is the healthiest way?
Cook it how it tastes best to you. It really don't make much difference, and it's fine to fry it as long as you cook it in Olive oil..... or some alternativley healthy oil.
Look on the Recepie page for some healthy Chicken dishes I made up.... or other peoples dishes aswell. I say that because I have a few Chicken dishes.
