If you had one question that you wanted to be answered by any boxer, past or present, what would it be? You could ask anything and get an honest answer. :think

Probably Duran why he quit in Montreal.

Or Tyson if he was guilty.

Or Holyfield if, when, and how often he used roids.

Or Liston regarding the two Ali fights.

I know, it's more than one.

Ali - if it was really his plan to let Big George punch himself out - or just a lucky turn out of events?

Tyson was guilty of many things. Liston would be a good one.

I'd ask Tyson what crimes he was guilty of that made him say that even though he was innocent in the Desiree Washington case, what crimes did he do that made him say he was in the right place.

I think you mean New Orleans

Yeah, thanks.

I'd ask Panama Lewis what was in the black bottle that he said was the one he mixed.

Then I'd have Billy Collins Sr. shoot him.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the title to this thread. I'd also ask shane if at the time that they announced the decision for his second fight with DLh he thought he had lost. He just had this look on his face like a kid that had just been given a shiny new bike

I'd like to know if Jones took steriods, quite honestly. With all the talk about it in baseball, I think it would hold more relevence in a physical, stamina based sport.

I'd ask Richard Steele how much he got paid to screw Meldrick Taylor out of a win over Chavez...

That's BS. Steele was a good referee who was concerned for fighters health and safety.
Meldrich didn't respond in a way for Steele to let the fight continue.
And please, i know that there was only 2 seconds reamining.
Thats not the point. When a fighter is in no way responding to the questions asked, it should be stopped. It's not important if that happens at the 1 minute mark or with 2 sec. in the fight remaining

Sonny Liston: Give me an honest account of the two Ali fights

Tito: Do you really believe you beat Oscar

Shane : same question re: second Delahoya fight

Evander: same question re first Lewis fight

Ali: Do you now regret your treatment of Smokin' Joe?

I have others but these will do for a start

I would ask Harry Greb, if he had any kind of film of him fighting.

I would ask the Klitschkos to sign a fight against each other with me as promoter.

I would ask Tex Cobb for more jokes.

I would ask Calzaghe, if he thinks Kessler is the best in his 10 year reign.

I would ask Oscar de la Hoya for 5% handout of the purse from his next bout.

I'd ask DLH why he paid off the 2 women who accused him of rape.

I'd ask Floyd to tell me the REAL reason he didn't want to fight Margarito.

I'd ask Castillo if he REALLY tried to make weight in the second Corrales fight.

The referee doesn't know how much time is left either. They have a good idea. When they slap the mat to let them know there's 10 seconds left.

I'd ask Lou Duva what the hell he was thinking when he told Meldrick Taylor in his corner that he had to win the 12th round against Chavez to win the fight.

Taylor fought that last round like he was down by 11 rounds and he desperately needed a KO to win. Did Duva think saying that would make Taylor stay focused? Did he not see what kind of shape he was in coming into the last round and see that he just needed to cruise to a victory? Taylor put up one of the greatest performances ever in that fight and if he didn't fight that last round so offensively he would have won the match.

I would ask Calzaghe, if he thinks Kessler is the best in his 10 year reign.

Why would Calzaghe's opinion be so important?

DanePugilist

Why would Calzaghe's opinion be so important?Firstly because I know my own, and Kesslers opinion. Secondly - I admire Calzaghe as a boxer - thus I would value his estimate on that matter.
