Id go with Rampage hes just way more comfertable on his feet and I cant see Tito taking him down and GNPing which is his game basically shoot, takedown, move body near the cage, elbow from guard. Tito has displayed a good clinch from time to time agianst Shamrock,Tanner ETC and that is Rampages main flaw so if Tito had a chance it would be inside the clinch.
Non-loony Rampage takes it. Tito's career is over as far as I'm concerned.

good point, and an other flaw of Rampage, well maybe not a flaw, but you can beat him if you outwork him, and Tito's cardio is way overrated to do that vs Rampage.

Titos cardio is awesome but for his style of fighting which I mentioned above and its a pretty basic style its not even like he expends alot of energy to make his cardio a factor its he well in his prime did punish guys hes a very large 205er and could put his weight down and hammer you will elbows will you lose energy trying to escape. Tito had great cardio in his fight vs Vitor Belfort but I cant remember to many fights where it was really impressive its not bad but I think when he fought Forrest Griffin who could see who was the guy with better cardio if that fight was 5 rounds I dont see how Tito wins it. I wish Tito was used his Jiu-Jitsu skills more the guy does have a good ground game top and bottom and like I said before good clinch I wish he would make that adjustment to his style. It aint 2001 anymore.

yeah I agree that vs Belfort, it was good, but I wouldnt say his cardio is awesome but you are right that Tito is too basic. The beauty of this sport, is that in 10 years, there are gonna be so many ''GSP'', ''Penn'' who are good at everything, maybe not as good as them, but they are gonna be a lot more diversified in their arsenal even if MMA already made great progress in fighting style.

Of course this fight will never happen. But this is one fight I wouldn't miss if it did go down. Rampage by KO

Though these two are not dissimilar in age, their peaks nowhere near collided, they're almost from different eras. I too would favor Rampage, but not by much. Ortiz is a completely shot fighter imo; bad knees and a decade of manic overtraining have seen to the that.

Titos not nearly as explosive as he once was but hes nowhere near completely shot. I mean he did defeat Forrest, drew with Rashad, almost submitted Machida and won round 2 big vs Liddell in the rematch. He can still fight a bit. Tito was a badass in his prime though I dont care what anyone thinks any guy who can just dominate fights from an opponets guard withouth even attempting a submission or a pass is a bad mother fucker.

I'm no Tito fan, but doesn't anyone think that if Griff could hold him down and own him on the ground that prime Tito could do the same if he ended up on top?

Rampage is too strong standing & too big to be grounded & kept there by Tito, this would be similar to Tito`s fights with Liddell.
