In terms of ability he had the goods to beat a lineal champ and a WBO titlist. Not to mention a top P4P, albeit from a lower weight class.

I'd dig this fight. I can see Clottey taking this one. But Cintron is looking better each fight. I like that he's staying busy. It'll allow him to stay sharpe and gain more confidence in Manny and his training. Good fight.
