But the man is a great fighter, and although I haven't agreed with some of his career moves in the past, he's finally making the big bucks in the big fights. His resume has been quite impressive, and I give him props for at least trying to face the best.

But when people on here begin to tear him apart as some sort of fake joke, and then degrade his accomplishments (accomplishments that, with other fighters, earn them undying praise and love) they sound like fools.

It gets even funnier when they use Margarito as an example of PBF being a scared fighter. Please. I mean, Margo is a tough but limited fighter and has not shown any proof that he would be a able to give PBF any problems whatsover. PBF goes up and faces an older (but still much more dangerous than Margo) DLH, yet he is still scared of Margo. :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

This is the first time honestly i've admited liking to watch him fight because it doesn't take long to realize you can show him no praise what so ever with out some idiot saying you have his nuts in your mouth or something to similiar effect (so i just stay out of an otherwise interesting conversation). Good post overall. I think only idiots can say that PBG is not a talented boxer and degrade his accomplishments in the ring. The reason I don't like him is not because he is an a$$ outside the ring but because of his boring style (for my personal liking). I like PBF and I don't see too many fighters beating him, but you do have to admit he's given a lot of ammo to the haters in his fight selection. Last 5 fights:

Gatti - A fighter who stands in front of you and is there to be hit, so he plays into Mayweather's gameplan perfectly. Also, after his past few fights, it appears that he was much more shot when he fought Mayweather than most people thought at the time.

Mitchell - Solid fighter, but clearly on the downside of his career, and he'd already been battered by a less technically sound fighter in Zoo

Judah - Had just been beaten by a journeyman, and at times he's just not what he's cracked up to be.

Baldomir - After tonight, and after seeing what happened to Gatti, it's pretty apparent that he wasn't that good of a fighter. He got lucky by catching Zab on a bad night, and as I already said, Gatti was more shot than many realized.

DLH - Hasn't won a 'step-up' fight since the 90's.

Hatton - Is the smaller, slower man and will stand in front of Mayweather to be potshotted.
