What's the word on this German based/Sauerland backed Italian heavyweight? Limited amateur background if any along with Muy Thai backround. Another Yoan Pablo Hernadez, or the real deal? Any insight appreciated.

More like an Abraham style-like boxer. Tries to cover up and looking to counter his opponent. Though, he gets wild a lot and doesn't have the power nor the defensive skill of a fighter like Abraham.

Cammarelle will do better than Pianeta. Cammarelle have exelent background of amateurs and with ten fights he atempt europian belt same like did Povetkin.

Nice upside I'd say, heavy hands, good size, good defensive skills, just needs to increase his workrate for now. Needs time and experience.

I'm not a big believer in Pianeta. Does he do anything special?

I've just seen the Gammer fight and Pianeta looked nothing special.
Pianeta looked very average against Gammer. Still he has time on his side and could still improve a lot.

Pianeta looked awful. Very poor fighter who will go no where.

Saurland wants to do somethink with Pianeta in the future but nothink with his progres. Don King told to Saurland that Mario Preskar is much better, but from that time Preskar was in presaure from Saurland team and not leaving to fight in the Valuev main events....

He is so poor a prospect I wany to cry. :|
only seen the gammer fight and on that basis i doubt he'll amount to very much. i think the eu belt is the limit.

Kid is young, his first legit opponent out there and he wins, definetelly has a lot to improve though.
I wouldn't write him off just yet, in today's HW scenario he can pull it off with hard work and the right supporting team.

He may one day become a top 30 Italian heavy but I doubt it.
Gammer was no test.
