iv been training 5-6 days a week for the last 8-10 weeks with just one day off my diet now im taking 3 days of from the gym is it ok to eat what i want now or should i just minimize the junk and still stick to my diet.

A cheat every now and then won't kill you. You're supposed to be taking time off, ya know? Just don't overdo it, you'll be fine.

So having 1 or 2 takeout meals and a bit of choccy aint to bad?

No mate, don't worry about it.
If you train 52 weeks a year, 365 days a year, imagine one out of 5 meals in a day being a bowl of cocopos or a slab of cadbury's.

That's 1450 meals in a year, if you eat clean and proper abut pig out completely on 3-4 of those it will probably benefit you.
