Nothing really. I always think of endurance as more long-term though.

endurance is kinda coupled with abilty to take punishment where as stamina is about how much you can throw and keeping up a workrate.
does that make sense....no it prolly didnt

i always thought of stamina as strictly cardio and endurance is more a long the lines of how long your muscles can keep throwing punches

I just use these terms interchangeably...
Stamina I think of as athletic stamina, like being able to go 15 rounds on the bag. You need good STAMINA To run a marathon or do 150 pushups.
Endurance is the amount of physical wear and tear you can take at any 1 time, such as you need incredible ENDURANCE to ENDURE a match with Margarito.

I was thinking the same thing. As far as I know endurance and stamina are one and the same.
