...please guys, either pay the 15 measly quid or don't but quit bitching about it like its the end of the world.:patsch
And I don't want to hear from anyone who won't pay for it 'out of principal' but who still won't cancel the £40 a month subscription to Sky because of it.;)

It costs forty quid to subscribe to sky? what a rip off, haven't ppl got better things to spend their money on.

Did you really need to start yet another thread on this worn out topic?
I do agree with you though. If people believe it will be a competitive fight, then more fool them for paying the money. Personally I don't think I'll be missing much, but I'll catch it on the net just in case.

Last i checked, it's a discussion board - if someone wants to talk about it, that's their right. here's a simpler solution, just don't read those threads.I wasn't asking you, so no need for snotty comments.

Actually, i was replying to the OP, so apologies if you took it that way. Snotty comments fill my evenings that bit faster though.Ah! Ok. I think things have been a bit too civilised around here recently, snotty comments are underrated.

You need to bump up the P4P twats thread - upon which the author of it cleverly managed to leave himself off the pole.

I'm OK with all the threads, its just supply and demand but PLEASE can we just either fucking pay for the PPV or or not and stop with all the whinging?
Its a poor fight, shouldn't be PPV. So if you don't pay for it and miss it then its hardly the end of the world, surely? If you can't afford the princely sum of £15 on top of the £40+ you seem to have no problem giving to Sky each month then thats another matter but I don't think many people fall in that category.
How many people who won't pay for it "out of principle" will actually cancel their Sky subscription, which would be much more meaningful gesture?
I'm only pulling a few legs with this, but it IS getting a bit OTT....;O)

One could actually argue they are getting some semblance of value for money with the overall Sky package. There is like 1000 channels, half of which are horse shit admittedly, but theres some good stuff in there.
The Khan PPV is just a complete and utter joke.
Not that it makes any odds to me.

Biggest twat of the lot too IMO
I honestly didn't think I'd be voted so frequently, I felt my space on the poll would be better occupied by somebody else.
I made up for it in the best posters poll :hi:

Amir Khan on PPV. What a joke!
He`s fighting a colombian that no-one has ever heard of. He might have an un-beaten record but I`ve been looking at some of the names he`s fought, and none of them stand out as good fighters.
As for Khan, well he`s been fighting journey men all through his short pro career.
His biggest test was against Michael Gomez, who`s about 5 years past his best and yet he still droped Khan and give him plenty of problems.
Before the Gomez fight, Khan was talking himself up about a potential fight between him and Pacquiao.
Now that`s a PPV worth watching, not this drab coming up this weekend.

Anyone know who had the highest "best poster" to "twat" ratio?:huh;)

I will be streaming, and to be honest I wasn't looking hugely forward to the next Kahn fight anyway.
