wtf. i can take mad body shots to the stomach and solar plexus. left side is pretty strong but my left side hurts likea bitch everytime i get hit. how do i strenghtin it?

Photoshop it like you do with your arms. It will appear bigger and more built, and therefore look stronger.

wat r u dumb. look at my videos of me boxing those are like a yar ago and i still look pretty big. its very resonable that i got that uch bigger in 1 year.[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Enough with the garage shit, you're like the rest of the teenage kids that come into our gym and throw 100 punches on the heavybag and then leave.... but NOT before flexing your biceps in one of the mirrors as part of your "cool-down". n stay side on n tuck ur elbows in to avoid gettin hit 2 the body

it was a big success actually. my abs are MUCH MUCH stronger now. back wenn i posted this last time. everytime i got hit i felt like i shitte myself. now they are much much stronger but they still hurt alot wen i get hit. but its only my right side now. the rest of my abs are mad strong and shit.

Kettlebells, utilising the trunk rotation and core strengthening exercises that come with them. Then medicine ball routines, also can be helpful getting someone to hit you with a piece of bamboo or something like it, ala Muay Thai.

for the weighted side bends and twists how many days week and wats teh rep and set range? i do 15kg x 20 rep on both 5 sets folowed by 3 x 3 min rounds in the plank which is a killer do that 4 days n he ova 3 i do a different ab workout wer:
- i raise my legs 6 inch off ground and hold
- then i raise my shoulders keeping my lower back on the floor with my legs 6 inch off ground x 25 reps
- then without letting either foot hit the ground i bring my foot over onto my opposite knee n keepin my feet 6 inch off ground do 25 reps on each side
- then il do leg raises up 6 inch down 6 inch x 25 reps
during the workout dont let ur feet hit the ground

i use the small handheld medicine ball 4lb i beat my ribs and all with it ,it works well. moving to a heaver one soon.
