I like to eat oats with some strawberry jam mixed in. A mix of complex and simple carbs

everyone is differnt. like freshman year i played football and wrestled so i didnt cut weight for wrestling so i didnt care. and i wud eat whoppers or sandwhiches or pretty mcuh anything before a match or a practice. now i haev o cut weight so lots of times nothing. but before boxing i eat pretty much watever usually chicken with rice or something

I like a protein shake an hour before and the an apple about twenty minutes before. Banana's are great too but I prefer to have a couple straight after a work out and a stack of beef jerky. Everyone is different but I doubt whoppers or burgers are very good, probably more likely to make you feel ill as fuck if the training is hard.



P.S. Just seen a coupon for an Aberdeen Angus burger but one get one free in my newspaper, I am so tempted to go out and get em.
