Well when Charles was last weighting in at what would be a catchweight, around 164, say, he was getting beat by guys like Bivins and Marshall. Great, great fighters, but not quite in Monzon's class. A peaked Charles at the LHW limit should be favoured. Monzon would be my pick any time before around lat 46, when an outweighed Charels decisioned Bivins.
