Yes Elorde is the best for now....but I think PAC going to take that spot very quickly.....I mean...jsut look at how much he's accomplished in such a short amount of time. He did start his Pro career YOUNG, but since he's been in the states as a raw and one demensional fighter he's made leaps and bounds in terms of progression and history. I think it's only a matter of time before it's clear that PAC takes Elorde place in Philipino boxing history.....I think Pernell is still the best at Jr Lghtweight.....Duran has to be a tie with Sweat Pea.

Barrera never was exceptionaly fast, PAC was much faster.
Its a common trend that punchers with age getting more technique and lose some speed.
Now PAC is more boxer puncher which makes him surprisingly more vulnerable to Barrera.
However its up to Barrera if he bring good performance or he is just done.
