Who should Khan fight next?
If he wants to improve who should it be - Is there anything he can do to improve? Or will his limit be a decentish domestic fighter.
Should he bite the bullet and request a rematch??
What will Sky do with him now. He is not PPV material amd I think he lost a lot of fans yesterday

Khan should first consider if he wants to fight on.
He is already a millioniare several times over - so even at 21 years old - he could retire and be considered a Commonwealth Champion - who was good but had a glass chin.
If he fights on - it all depends on what is he trying to achieve.
If his aspirations are still to be a NO 1 World Champion then he needs to continue to fight the likes of Prescott again.
It will be intresting to see from here how Prescott does in the future - pherhaps he is a real world class fighter and future world champion.
Khan still is a hot prospect with fast sharp hands.
But defensively suspect - and a glass jaw.
He could still win big fights - but be knocked out again at some point.
Terry Norris had a glass jaw - but he was still a real World Class Champion.
Khan needs to continue to step up to the plate and fight European / World level fighters.
What is the point of giving him a easy fight against a bum next time? - it proves nothing - we all know he can blow journeymen away.
The 0 has gone - so maybe the pressure and protection can go now as well.
I think Khan should fight for the British / European title.
Let Prescott go on to fight for a World title.
If Khan can rebuild and progress to world level - maybe in the future - down the line a rematch with Prescott could happen.

Some patsy.
Then eventually, another blown up superfeather, well past his sell by date and with little power. Probably an American.

has to have a rematch with prescott sometime in his career, if he wins he gets that psychological edge back if he dosen't well its not the end of the road for him. Its all down to him now on how he comes back from this defeat, look at wicky hatton after his loss to mayweather jr he came back but his performance was below par against luzcano

Romanov. His style suits khan. Very ordinary. No way does he hit as hard as prescott

Romanov is a better boxer than Prescott.

he doesn't need to hit as hard as prescott. fighting romanov next would just mean two consecutive losses

Romanov is a better boxer than Prescott.
say what you want!! you lot thought khan was gonna "blow prescott away", just shows how much this boxing forum actually looks into fights
he dont hit half as hard as prescot.. and hes not as stable, reachy, upright, long range jab to keep khan away.. and defensively aint as good as prescott..

is this coming from the guy who's whole opinion of romanov comes from a single youtube clip, or have you done a little more research since then?
i just think khans confidence will be blown and he needs someone domestic level before going for someone fringe world level like romanov. maybe in a couple of fights this can happen.
i just have the feeling that next time out khan will fight like a frightened rabbit.
and anyway, didn't you also pick khan to blow prescott away or did you just not make any predictions at all?

Romanov batters Khan far too strong for feather fisted Khan, Khan throws punches in bunches with speed but no true power he needs to keep the step up in class but is not European level he may as well have a couple of fights for European titled then retire.

problem is Khan cannot say Presscit was above him, as he claimed he was already at world level, something presscot still cleary is not.
he can step down for 1 fight, but i cant see him being motivated to fight for a british ir euro title. he will get ko again and then retire.

you cant tell the difference between prescott with that long powerfull jab and wikid counter punching ability to romanovs square on aproach.. hes a volume puncher
prescotts like julian jackson in comparison the way he hits, and the stylistic nightmare for khan

Khan said he is past domestic level, it was beautiful watching him being humbled and now his position is now domesitic level where it shud have been. the guy is 21 just needs to be disciplined

i think khan should pursuade muhammad ali out of retirement.
i think ali would win that via unanimous decision. however if ali raises his hand, he may get the ko. :D
no seriously tho, i feel sorry for khan. i think he brought this upon himself for alot of reasons. he shouldnt have been fighting in ramadan. he missed his fasting for a fight, i dont think God liked that. he needs to be more appreciative of what he's got, cos God showed him last night that he could take everything away from khan just like that...in brutal and humiliating fashion i may add.
i hope he's alright. i dont wish that upon anybody what hhapened to khan:nono
he just looked too fragile

God played no part in this. Prescott punched his lights out plain and simple.

i had a feeling he may lose cos of this before the fight i became sure when he was getting rocked by jabs. khan thought he wont fast and he would become stronger but i think God made him weaker.

Romanov would destroy him too. I told you, and you were giving us all sorts of bullshit about styles and how Gomez is a nightmare but Romanov isn't.
It might take a few more rounds, but Romanov would beat his ass just the same. Styles are almost an irrelevance when your chin is this poor. They are only an indication of how long he is going to last.

With a chin like his, divine intervention is not required.
