Not seen the fight yet mate (televised tonight) just meant I'd managed to avoid seeing the result until then. Will post something up later tonight :good

Ahhh, ok thanks..look forward to reading comments...have seen Small a few times at Brentford Leisure Centre, O2, York Hall etc and have always found him an interesting fighter..hopefully his new trainer may have worked some magic to accelerate his career!

Thanks again.

So anyone watch the fight?

I managed to avoid the results but got a better offer than watching his fight.

yes, - whilst his style has not changed (since his loss to Pryce) i.e. low hands, switch hitting, very unconventional and generally awkward, his stamina looks to be greatly improved and consequently he made Curiel seem very limited and as the fight wore on increasingly frustrated with Anthony's slick punching and movement. He managed to maintain a good pace right upto the stoppage in the 10th...and as you would expect with a man that keeps his hands by his side, he got caught a few times and appears to have a reasonable chin (i.e. no Amir moment waiting to happen), however Curiel is no KO master and therefore as Small moves up in the division, he may suffer with his style against a bigger puncher...that said, a fight with Ryan Rhodes or similar must be on his radar soon and in my opinion he is well worth a shot...

yeah thought he looked pretty good. Apart from a few mini scares Curiel never seemed in the fight. As said above Small contrtolled most the fight with his unconventional style, only worrying sign for Small is he can get caught with shots which yeah we expect with his hands low all the time, but he seems to take a little time once getting caught with shots getting his defence sorted and thus getting hit with even more unneccasary shots.

Small looked good though and at times was potshotting decent looking jabs and landed some decent looking uppercuts. His stamina looked much improved too, on that performance wouldn't mind seeing a rematch with Pryce.

Yep. Just saw the end of the show repeated on sky. Saw Chisora who is quite frankly boring and awful, Cox looked hot.

Hopefully ****** will keep on bringing decent opposition in for some of his fighters.

Yeah think it was the first time I'd saw Cox, looked very very good.
