I've decided to find out what are your best 3 boxing attributes are and your 2 worst attributes.

My Strongest Attributes
1) Power - Not to be arrogant but I have amazing power. My trainer was originally going to have me lose weight since I am small for a heavyweight (6'0) but then he realized the power now he wants me to gain weight and go from 205 to 235 in muscle and if I grow some more great if not I still have heavyweight power.
2) Hand Speed - I can beat the punch. I still need to be faster but my handspeed with my power has been there from the beginning.
3) Desire - I have the desire to do it professionally and am going to...bottom line.

Weaknesses
1) Foot Work - My power is amazing but my footwork sometimes weakens it where I am off balance.
2) Agility- My body does not move as fast as my minds tells it to, should start to with the longer I box though.

1. Agility - I have powerful legs and good balance.
2. Footwork - I work on it a lot and my legs help.
3. Speed - I'm pretty explosive. I really need to work on my timing though.

1. Stamina - I've always struggled in this department. I walk around with about 9% bodyfat so it's not like I'm fat. Just my genetics I guess.
2. Experience - Haven't been boxing for very long. Have a video of me sparring if anyone wants to check it out.

Heart- I never give up no matter how tired or hurt I am.
Footwork- Pretty solid, I stay on balance
Form/Technique- Goes with my footwork, pretty solid.

Experience- Always need more experience.
Stamina- I need to run more often for longer periods of time in order to have the gains I need in this area. I need to be able to last for 4-5 rounds of intense sparring but so far I am having trouble doing 3.

+'s
1) Jab. I have a good heavy jab. I'll hit you in the mouth and body guaranteed.
2) Reach. I've got a decent reach advantage most of the time.
3) Right hand. Once that jab starts pumping, its only a matter of time before I hit you with the right.

-'s
1) Experience. Been doing this for over a year and still feel like a newbie sometimes.
2) Defense: I need to work on slipping and blocking punches more.

1. Jab. My trainer says my jab is very good. I know it to because I can seem to tag anyone w/ it even if they are a very fast fighter.
2.Power. My coach says i have some talent for natural punching power.
3. Speed, lots of ppl I spar with say I am quick and I feel fast too.

Weaknesses.
Stamina: I have been working alot harder on this and I truly believe it might be the most important thing in boxing besides heart.
Footwork: This could really be alot better. I seem off balance at times.

1) I am good at Fight Night Round 3
2) I watch boxing, and even classic boxing on TV
3) I made a youtube vid of me hitting a heavybag with metal music in the background

1) Since I have such mad KO power I can't find a bag that doesn't bust.
2) My swinging backfist is awesome, if it were legal in boxing I'd be heavyweight champ.

For every strength you have, it can also be a weakness. The only way to make the best of what you are, is knowing how to manipulate the two to get the best result.

six foot tall and 160lbs.

strengths: 1) height and reach and just overall size for my weight.
2) stamina - always been fit and just a natural athlete.
3) footwork and agility - never been a problem even when i started out, picked it
up naturally
weaknesses: 1) aggression. never really been aggressive enough.
2) punching power. although my speed is ok the power behind the shots stinks.
but no idea why.

strengths:

1) the jab. Its quick, it has snap, and it has pop, and its sort of heavy.
2) My right hand, its sort of quick, but Its pretty powerful.
3) Leverage, Ive always had decent leverage, and have no idea why.

As for being weak in certain areas, there are more than just 2, but my main are:

1) foot work, I only no forwards and backwards, and suck at backwards.
2) I get hit with overhand rights real easy
