i am lookng at getting away to focus more on training.
has anyone got any ideas on any training facilities or camps i can stay at for 2 weeks so i can focus more and also just to get away so i can think about my fight in 2 months time.

pro boxer!!! want to focus more on fitness side of things.
high intensity stuff.. running!! sprinting!!! heavy weights!!! etc...
here in australia would prefer but anywhere will do..........

i dont understand how you could be going into a pro fight with no trainer in just 8 weeks.

just need push with high intensity training for 2 weeks. thats all.
then come back to heavy training

my personal opinion would be just to grab a personal trainer, doesnt have to be boxing specific. most of them would be more educated than most boxing trainers in the sense of areas to target. (eg short burst sprints etc) for fitness .. assuming you're doing 2 min rounds.
they're everywhere, and will smash ya, getting great results!!!

Find a small country town with a good boxing gym - there is nothing else to do but train and prepare

if i get this title i wouldnt mind fighting crampton.
there is opportunity in getter an ibf title so if i win this fight i would love to fight a top aussie for a bigger belt.
so that would mean i would give up the aussie title.
though if the money is right to fight someone like pradeep singh or little boy leroy brown i will definately consider defending the aussie title.
it would be good for aussie boxing.
though i would only defend it once and once only.
