I forgot to book tickets for the event but hopefully they will have a few left if I get there early enough. The card looks top class with a couple of good even mathes and one or two fighters I really like the look of like Josh Wale. The top of the card British title fight probably won't be full of surprises but I missed Rhodes early in his career so a chance to see him fight now is a great opportunity, Coyle is a decent fighter and an ok tune up for Vuma if that fight comes off. The Derry vs Lindsey match is pretty even and could be very entertaining and Josh Wale vs Marc Callaghan is a good fight too. Plus Micheal Maguire makes his pro debut.

Jeez forgot Curtis Woodhouse should be figting too and Patrick Maxwell usually brings a good fight. I will be gutted if I miss out.

Josh Wale's now fighting Harry Ramogoadi. Callaghan pulled out due to illness.

Wale vs Ramogoadi will be ok. Callaghan was a very good opponent for this stage in his career.

Yep. Seen Coyle on Sky a couple of times. Very handy fighter and I am glad he has got this opportunity at the British title. I would usually fancy the bigger guy to win but Rhodes is used to fighting bigger men, your right Rhodes will need to be on the ball to beat him. He definetly has the ambition to spring an upset.

Hopefully I will manage to get tickets. And welcome to the bright lights and attractions of Sheffield. :-( :-( :-(

I know Jamie from my school days and still see him from time to time out doing roadwork etc. He was a fantastic amateur under Jack Dormer in Bannockburn and His pro career was stalled due to him having to save up for an eye op but this is his opportunity to put things right :)

Come on Jamie :happy:happy:happy

both look like banger, maybe a knockdown bet or not goin the distance would be a good bet.

Coyles defence looks pretty open, but i olny watched one fight, would you say his defence is a little lazy?

Sheffield is not too bad a night out but Hillsbrough is abit dodgy.

Hopefully I will manage to get tickets and yep if I see you I'll pop by and say hello, if I am not too starstruck.
