haha , it probably is very recent...Then again, it's not a fitness contest. And appearances can be deceiving (look at fedor or Penn)...But yeah , Kharitonov usually looks in better shape.

In the end , whatever happens...happens. His next fight vs Mighty Mo should be interesting. And hopefully it won't end with a brutal KO...Mo has some serious ko power in his hands that's for sure. Kharitonov just needs to avoid getting punched to the face and take him on the ground asap.

Problem is that Kharitonov usually blocks punches with his chin....lol
He did a fantastic job against Rizzo , (fantastic job at avoiding punches and moving his head , dodging rizzo's every move)...But he tends to be inconsistent.

He looked terrible against Overeem , (but he still won because of his superior stamina , and he was able to eat all of overeem's punches without any problem)...

I'm rooting for Kharitonov but this is a 50/50. Just because Mo has the potential to KO him if he connects.

He's never looked shredded but he's looked a hell of a lot better than that.
