Arthur Abraham KO1 Sebastian Sylvester!!........and this is NOT a PREDICTION!!!!

Just a little something i found looking over old editions of the german boxing mag "boxsport" my daddy keeps in the attic.

this is something that took place in 1997 in BOTTROP in west germany. it was the international german youth competion that took place in November of that year.

well, in the semis someone called Awetik Abrahamian ko´d sebastian sylvester in round one. no RSC or tko.........this was a flat knockout.

oh by the way, that Awetik Abrahamian guy..........well, you guessed it. thats AA real name. i checked it.

AA then beat lukas wilasheck on points in the final to become champ.

and there is a pic that shows the winners of that tournament..........and there he is, little AA (still with hair on his head) with a big smile on his face. kinda cute.....

by the way, i just read on boxrec that lukas wilashek will fight robert stieglitz pretty soon.

looks like universum is losing interest in lukas.....or they have seen something i havent.

The thread title implies that it might be something surprising. :yep Sylvester isn't exactly a guy with a granite chin, he was knocked out in one round in his pro debut. Can you scan the article ? I would love to read it.

wasn't Sylvester hired as a sparring partner for AA some years ago? Apparently he did so well in sparring that Sauerland decided to co-promote him
