According to a couple of papers today his fight has been moved back a week to avoid clashing with Pac-DLH and will likely still be on Sky Box Office:yikes

They will build it up as Khans comeback and they will have countless interviews with him where he talks about coming back stronger after the defeat and how he will be WC this time next year.
It would be very funny if he got KO'd again.

What a bunch of tossers they must have at Sky.
The figures for his last fight were abysmal, and that was when Khan was the hyped-up superman prospect.
Who in hell is gonna buy it now that he has been terribly exposed, never mind that the opponent will undoubtedly be some terrible blown-up SFW bum.
I can't believe that ****** and Sky would try to sell this shit on PPV.
How would they sell it? Some bullshit "REDEMPTION" slogan pinned on or something.

Nearly 50K idiots bought it last time round so I guess he is banking on the sympathy buys.
Khan could come into the ring with Bob Marleys redemption song playing.

There's no way they can put in on PPV unless there's a very impressive undercard, and even then.....

****** is just after the money yet again.....if he really was that bothered about Khan as a fighter he would leave him to settle in the Wildcard Gym and stick him on the Oscar vs Manny undercard against some journeyman

I didn't buy it on principle but at least there was a world title fight of sorts on the undercard, and Khan's fight was not a 6 round comeback. I'm not saying it should ahve been PVV at all, but probably more justified than whatever is likely to be on the Dec 6th card.

******'s going to have to do an amazing job selling this fight if he wants any more than about 6k PPV buys.

as perverse or bizarre as it may sound, perhaps his "shocking" 52 second loss has made him more marketable to the PPV audience?? More people than before (i.e. the general public) are now aware of his fragility and consequently people may now be "more" prepared to pay to see him get sparked? One thing for sure with Amir is he always entertains (even if it is for less than on minute) – this “dramatic loss” may now have made him even more of a gold mine for the PPV guys.. for at least one more fight..

You seriously think Kahns next fight will be a 6 rounder? Or are you just making stuff up to suit your argument?

The thing is Khan isn't the manufactured bad-boy hate figure that Eubank and Hamed were. There are plenty on this forum who dislike the hyped-up arrogant money-grabbing shitbag, but he was sold to Joe Public as the good guy and they (who are the uninformed majority of the PPV audience) don't want to see the good guys get sparked.
If Sky do go PPV with this bollox I can only see a substantial drop in the already dismal numbers quoted from his last fight.
The internet "radio" I "listened" to the Khan-Prescott fight on had 38,000 other "listeners"; there will probably be even more next time.

But the question is...can Gethin starch Khan? :think
I believe its possible. He's already done two "prospects" in as many fights.

true&khan's bollocks will be in his belly when that first bell rings,so if gethin gets right on him its a definte possibility:good
That would actually not be a bad return fight if it wasn't on PPV. Of course its an absurd PPV.
I think they'll be looking for a class below Gethin even. I'll be surprised if they take that fight on. The guy is on a bit of a roll.

Fucking joke if Khan' still on PPV. I bet another reason why Fwank put the fight back is because Froch is fighting Pascal on ITV on the 6th, he knows he couldn't have competed with a show on free tv.
Wlad is fighting Povetkin on the 13th and hopefully Setanta(maybe even Nuts) will show it. I'd rather watch that than Khan facing an blown up, feather-fisted SFW on PPV.

The thing is if its Gethin they'll be able to pin a title on the fight and help sell it that way.
We should just hope it is Gethin. I honestly believe he could starch Khan the more I think about it, and this circus would be well and truely closed down for good.

Any of these would be a good comeback opponent: Gethin, Murray(highly unlikely), Santa Cruz, Kid Diamond, Zahir Raheem, David Diaz and Edner Cherry

I think FW will be on his bike looking for someone to replace the Khan cash cow. One more KO and Khan is finished for good and FW will be left with no well known boxers. Will be interesting to see where the rest of the Calzaghe camp end up. the idiot never really bothered to use the ITV slots to publicise anyone else apart from Khan, Macca and JC.

That would be funny to watch. I reckon Khan would shit his pants at the start of the first and go down in history as the only fighter ever to retire in the ring before the 1st round (has anyone ever done that ??). Then all the Khan clan would jump into the ring to attack Prescott with their shoes.

His mum was well upset when Limmond put him on his smart arse. Other members of the Khan clan had to calm her down. I reckon we could have another Tony Wilson type situation if Khans mum got upset. Poor Tony Wilson had to shift to the USA after his mum embarrassed him.

If only they had have done that in the first fight the PPV figures for the future Khan v "Some Bum" fight would be well up.

****** will probably make it a PPV But have Prescott headlining it with Khan on the undercard ..... As some sort of prelude to a rematch
Its the way I would go, as casual fans who didnt buy it obviously heard Khan got KO'd so they would more than likely wanna see the guy who did it and if its marketed right i.e, "Presscott The Man Who KO'd Amir Khan - Back In Action", im sure it could work...
The put Presscott in with someone he will beat but look terrible against and then Khan in against some really light hitter who he will destroy..... there you go set up for a rematch:deal
