What do you do when your opponents head is below your waist lvl IE if your fighting someone that is quite shorter than you. I have this problem alot as most of the fighters in the gym I go to are short, some are tall but not too many including me.

If he ducks below waist level, he has committed a foul. If there is no trainer or anyone 'refereeing' just jut your knee in and push his head down to the floor. That ought to stop him from going there.

I wont try that, but maybe Ill just back up and let him come at me. What if his head is a little above belt lvl, IE his hair and some forehead? I got pissed last time I sparred a pro that kept doing something similar to this so I gave him a hard uppercut, it was also payback for beating me down last time.

Dip to the side and hook to the body or throw uppercuts to lift his head down.
Feel like cheating then hold his head down or punch him on the back of the head.
You can also use this as an opportunity to turn him or step around him and find an angle.

I would think you would want to get as low aas you could, and bounce his head up in the air with an uppercut after digging a couple hooks to the body.
